1. 적용 범위와 운영자
Mobile Code Lab(이하 “운영자”)은 「미로에 갇힌 자들」(Maze Prisoners, 패키지명 com.chae.mazeprisoners)의 Google Play 버전에서 아래와 같이 정보를 처리합니다. 이 방침은 Google Play용 광고, 로그인 및 인앱 구매 기능에 적용되며 다른 배포 플랫폼의 별도 서비스에는 그대로 적용되지 않습니다.
2. 처리하는 정보와 목적
기기에 저장되는 게임 정보
게임 진행도, 장비, 설정, 선택한 언어와 저장 슬롯은 기기에 저장됩니다. 이 게임은 이러한 진행 데이터를 계정별 클라우드 저장 기능으로 제공하지 않습니다. 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제 시 로컬 진행 데이터가 사라질 수 있습니다.
Google 로그인
구매와 구매 복원에 필요한 계정 확인을 위해 Google 로그인 인증 토큰을 처리합니다. 토큰은 기기의 앱 전용 저장 영역에 보관되어 유효기간 동안 재사용되며 서버에서 서명과 유효기간을 확인합니다. 토큰에는 Google 계정 식별자와 Google이 제공하는 이름·이메일 등의 기본 계정 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 운영자의 구매 데이터베이스에서는 계정 식별자를 해시한 값으로 구매권리를 연결하며 이름·이메일을 별도 프로필로 저장하지 않습니다. 해시 식별자도 계정 관련 정보로 취급합니다. 운영자는 Google 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다.
별도로 사전 등록한 심사 전용 계정은 무료 기능 검토를 위해 이메일 해시, 연결된 계정 해시, 심사 권한·잔액 및 사용·관리 기록을 서버에 보관합니다. 일반 이용자를 심사 계정으로 자동 등록하지 않으며, 심사 계정은 실제 결제를 차단합니다. 심사 계정 데이터도 아래 삭제 요청 대상입니다.
인앱 구매·복원
상품 ID, 구매 토큰, 계정 연결 식별자, 구매·환불 상태, 지급된 권리, 유료 자원 사용량, 중복 처리를 막는 요청 번호와 처리 시각을 처리합니다. 구매 확인, 상품 지급, 복원, 환불 반영 및 부정 이용 방지에 사용합니다. 결제 수단 입력과 결제 처리는 Google Play가 담당하며 운영자는 카드번호나 은행 계좌번호를 받지 않습니다.
광고 및 동의
Google AdMob 및 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용합니다. 광고 서비스가 동작하면 Google은 IP 주소와 그에 따른 대략적인 위치, 광고·앱 상호작용, 진단 정보, 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID 등 기기 또는 계정 관련 식별자를 광고 제공·성과 분석·부정행위 방지에 처리할 수 있습니다. 동의 선택과 지역에 따라 처리 범위가 달라집니다. 정밀 위치 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 광고 제거 상품은 광고 ID 삭제나 Google 계정 삭제 기능이 아닙니다.
문의와 서비스 접속
전화·문자 문의 시 제공한 연락처, 문의 내용, 필요한 구매 확인 정보를 문제 해결과 개인정보 요청 처리에 사용합니다. 웹페이지와 구매 검증 서비스의 네트워크 제공자는 연결 과정에서 IP 주소, 요청 시각 및 기술적 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
3. 외부 서비스와 정보 전달
- Google: 계정 인증, Google Play 결제·복원, AdMob 광고 및 UMP 동의 처리.
- Cloudflare: 구매 검증 서비스 실행·데이터 저장용 인프라. 운영자가 구성한 구매 관련 정보가 이 인프라에서 처리됩니다.
- OpenAI Sites 및 연결된 호스팅 인프라: 이 방침 페이지 전달과 네트워크 보안에 필요한 접속 정보 처리. 이 페이지에는 운영자가 별도의 광고, 분석 추적기 또는 입력 폼을 넣지 않았습니다.
이들 서비스는 대한민국 이외의 국가에서도 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 제공자의 처리 위치·보호 방식·보유 정책은 각 제공자의 정책에 따릅니다. 운영자는 상품 제공, 안전한 서비스 운영, 이용자 요청 또는 법령상 의무 이행에 필요한 범위를 넘어 정보를 판매하거나 임의로 공개하지 않습니다.

4. 보유 기간과 삭제 기준
- 로컬 게임 정보와 기기에 보관된 인증 정보: 이용자가 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 남을 수 있습니다. 만료된 인증 토큰으로 서버 인증을 허용하지 않습니다.
- 구매권리·거래·자원 사용 기록: 구매한 권리의 제공·복원과 중복 지급 방지에 필요한 기간 보유합니다. 삭제 요청이 있으면 계정 연결 기록과 이용 기록의 삭제 가능 범위를 확인합니다.
- 고객지원 정보: 문의·분쟁 또는 개인정보 요청 해결에 필요한 동안 보유하고, 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 삭제합니다.
- 법령상 보관 의무나 진행 중인 환불·분쟁 때문에 필요한 거래 기록은 해당 목적에 한정하여 필요한 기간만 보관합니다. 삭제 요청에 답변할 때 남겨야 하는 정보와 이유를 안내합니다.
Google 및 호스팅 제공자가 자체적으로 처리하는 정보에는 해당 제공자의 보유·삭제 정책이 적용됩니다.
5. 앱 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제 요청
앱을 다시 설치하거나 로그인하지 않아도 요청할 수 있습니다. tncjf8business@gmail.com으로 계정 삭제 요청 보내기를 선택하고 제목에 “미로에 갇힌 자들 계정 삭제 요청”, 본문에 게임에 연결한 Google 이메일과 삭제할 범위(계정 전체 또는 특정 데이터)를 적어 주세요. 비밀번호나 로그인 인증 코드를 보내지 마세요. 이메일 접근 권한 등 최소한의 본인 확인 후 처리합니다.
계정 전체 삭제 시 서버의 계정 연결 정보, 구매권리·잔액, 자원 사용 기록, 광고·추가 보상 관련 기록, 심사 계정 등록 정보를 함께 삭제 요청할 수 있습니다. 관련 기록을 계속 보관해야 하는 법적 의무나 진행 중인 분쟁이 있으면 보관 대상·이유·기간을 안내합니다. 처리 결과를 회신하며 단순 비활성화를 계정 삭제로 취급하지 않습니다.
아래 연락처로 전화 또는 문자하여 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한을 요청할 수 있습니다. “미로에 갇힌 자들 개인정보 삭제 요청”이라고 알리고 본인 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 제공해 주세요. 구매 기록 관련 요청에는 상품명이나 Google Play 주문 번호 등으로 구매 여부를 추가 확인할 수 있습니다. 확인 후 처리 결과 및 법적·기술적으로 처리할 수 없는 범위가 있으면 그 이유를 안내합니다.
로컬 게임 데이터만 지우려면 Android 설정에서 이 앱의 저장공간·데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 로컬 데이터 삭제만으로 서버 구매 기록이 삭제되지는 않습니다. 서버의 계정 연결·구매권리를 삭제하면 복원이 제한될 수 있으므로 요청 처리 전 영향을 안내합니다. 데이터 삭제는 자동 환불을 뜻하지 않으며 Google 계정 자체를 삭제하지 않습니다.
광고 개인정보 선택 화면이 제공되는 지역에서는 앱의 광고 개인정보 설정에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. Android 광고 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제·재설정할 수 있습니다. Google이 직접 처리하는 정보는 Google 계정의 개인정보 설정에서도 관리할 수 있습니다.
6. 보호 조치와 이용 대상
로그인·구매 검증 통신에는 HTTPS를 사용하고 서버에서 인증을 확인합니다. 구매 데이터 접근은 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위로 제한합니다. 이 게임은 어린이를 대상으로 제작되지 않았습니다. 어린이의 개인정보가 부적절하게 처리되었다고 생각되면 연락해 주세요.
7. 변경 안내
처리 항목·목적·제공자 또는 운영 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신합니다. 이용자의 권리에 중요한 변경이 있거나 추가 동의가 필요한 경우 관련 법령과 플랫폼 절차에 따라 안내합니다.
Privacy policy — English
Mobile Code Lab operates Maze Prisoners (미로에 갇힌 자들), Android package com.chae.mazeprisoners. This policy covers the Google Play edition, including sign-in, in-app purchases and advertising, not separate services on other distribution platforms.
Information and purposes
Progress, equipment, preferences, language and save slots are stored on your device, not offered as account-based cloud saves. Clearing app data or uninstalling may erase them.
Google sign-in identifies the account for purchases and restoration. The app caches a Google ID token in app-private device storage and sends it for signature and expiry verification. It may contain your Google account identifier and basic claims such as name or email. The purchase database links entitlements to a hashed account identifier; it does not maintain a separate name or email profile. A hashed identifier is still treated as account-related information. We do not receive your Google password.
We process product IDs, purchase tokens, account-linked identifiers, purchase/refund status, granted entitlements, paid-resource consumption, request IDs and timestamps to verify and deliver purchases, restore eligible entitlements and prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions. Google Play processes payment details; we do not receive full card or bank-account numbers.
Google AdMob and UMP may process IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, advertising or app interactions, diagnostics, and device/account identifiers such as advertising ID and app set ID for ads, measurement and fraud prevention. Processing varies with region and consent choices. The app does not request precise-location permission. Buying ad removal does not delete your advertising ID or Google account.
If you contact us, we process your contact details, request and necessary purchase-verification information to respond. Network providers may process IP addresses, request times and technical connection information.
For separately provisioned review accounts, we retain an email hash, linked account hash, free review entitlements and balances, and usage and administrative records on our server. These accounts cannot make real purchases. Regular users are not automatically enrolled. Review-account data is also covered by the deletion process below.
Service providers and international processing
Google handles authentication, Play billing, AdMob and UMP. Cloudflare provides infrastructure for purchase verification and storage. OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure deliver this policy page and handle network security. We have not added ads, analytics trackers or data-entry forms to this page. Providers may process information outside South Korea under their applicable privacy policies. We do not sell your information or disclose it arbitrarily beyond delivering and securing the service, responding to requests or meeting legal obligations.

Retention
Local saves and cached credentials can remain until you clear app data or uninstall; expired tokens are not accepted for server authentication. Purchase, entitlement and consumption records are retained as needed to provide and restore rights and prevent duplicate grants. Support records are retained while needed to resolve a request or dispute, then deleted. Records required by law or an active refund/dispute are kept only for the applicable purpose and necessary period. We explain any retained data and reason when responding to deletion requests. Google and hosting providers apply their own retention policies to information they independently process.
Delete your app account and associated data
You do not need to reinstall or sign in to request deletion. Email an account deletion request to tncjf8business@gmail.com with the subject “Maze Prisoners account deletion”, the Google email linked to the game, and whether you request deletion of the entire app account or specific data. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. We verify ownership using the minimum necessary information, such as access to the email account.
You may request deletion of server account links, entitlements and balances, resource usage, advertising and extra-reward records, and review-account registration. If a legal obligation or active dispute requires retention, we explain which records are retained, why and for how long. We reply with the outcome; deactivation alone is not account deletion.
Call or text the contact below and state “Maze Prisoners privacy/deletion request.” We may request the minimum information needed to verify ownership, such as the purchased product or Google Play order number. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or full payment-card numbers. After verification, we explain the result and any legal or technical limitations.
Android's app-storage settings let you erase local data. This does not erase server purchase records. Deleting account links or entitlements may limit restoration; we explain that impact before handling the request. Deletion is not an automatic refund and does not delete your Google account.
Where available, the app's advertising privacy settings let you change consent choices. Android advertising settings let you delete or reset the advertising ID. Manage information held directly by Google through Google account privacy controls.
Security, audience and changes
We use HTTPS for authentication and purchase-verification traffic, verify authentication on the server and limit purchase-data access to service needs. The game is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child's information was processed inappropriately. We update this page and its effective date when practices change, with additional notice or consent where required.
